You can cancel your photo shoot booking up to 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund.
Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the session results in a 70% refund.
For cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows, a 50% refund applies.
Kindly contact your photographer to request a cancellation for your photo shoot.
How soon after the tour will I receive the edited photos?
You'll receive the edited photos within 7-14 business days after the tour.
Do you offer transportation to and between photo locations?
Transportation isn't provided, but we can recommend options or meet you at a convenient starting point.
Can I reschedule my tour if needed? Are there any fees for rescheduling?
We understand plans can change; contact us at least 48 hours before your tour to reschedule at no additional cost.
